In case of lack of conformity, the customer may choose between return, exchange or repair.
The return of the complete or partial order, as you inform us, must be sent within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order and a fixed cost of €7,99 will be charged. At PingaOculto we reserve the right to deny a return in the event that the product presents a fault caused by misuse similar to those indicated on this page in the "Reasons for Loss of Warranty" section. The shipment will not be refundable except if the established period has not been met, as long as it is a problem of the logistics company and not of the client (Absentee, Incorrect Address...). *We reserve the right to reject the return of a product for hygienic reasons if it is verified that it has been used, being applicable to earphones and clothing.
In the event that you choose to exchange for another product, you have 14 days from receipt of the order. If the cost of the product for which you want to make the change is higher than the amount of the order placed, the customer will have to pay the difference and the management costs of €4,99. If the cost of the product for which you want to make the change is less than the amount of the order placed, the proportional part will be reimbursed less the management costs of €4,99. The shipping cost is not refundable as it is considered a service performed. We reserve the right to reject the change for the same reasons that apply to returns and that have been specified in the previous paragraph.
The repair will always be free in case it is a factory defect or similar. Out-of-Warranty repair will have a variable repair cost depending on the problem that the product presents.
