In case of lack of conformity, the customer may choose between return, exchange or repair.
In the case of a return, it must be done within the first 14 days after receiving the order and a fixed cost of €9,99 will be charged. At PingaOculto we reserve the right to deny a return in the event that the product presents a fault caused by misuse similar to those indicated on this page in the "Reasons for Loss of Warranty" section. The shipment will not be refundable except if the established period has not been met, as long as it is a problem of the logistics company and not of the client (Absentee, Incorrect Address...). *We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product for hygienic reasons if it is verified that it has been used, being applicable to earphones and clothing.
In the event that you choose to exchange for another product, you have 7 days from receipt of the order. If the cost of the product for which you want to make the change is higher than the amount of the order placed, the customer will have to pay the difference and the management costs of €6,99. If the cost of the product for which you want to make the change is less than the amount of the order placed, the proportional part will be reimbursed less the management costs of €6,99.
The repair will always be free in case it is a factory defect or similar. Out-of-Warranty repairs will have a variable repair cost depending on the problem with the product.
