I had a lot of doubts before purchasing this earpiece, especially since I was completely unfamiliar with this model. But to my surprise, it was the best of the lot. I was able to receive instructions clearly even when there was some ambient noise.
The only drawback I have—and why I'm not giving it five stars—is that the order took a little longer than expected. Although the store confirmed shipping immediately, the courier delivered it two days late. It wasn't serious, but if you need it urgently, it's best to order with some time to spare.
As for the product itself, it's outstanding. Compact, comfortable, and reliable. I highly recommend it. I would just recommend the store review the logistics with its delivery company.
