I can't hear, I hear low...

Spy Earpieces

The earpiece doesn't work

Check that the neckband or Bluetooth microphone is turned on and has a battery. Make sure the earpiece battery is properly inserted or the earpiece is connected.

No sound is heard or the volume is very low

Check that the earpiece is properly seated in your ear. Increase the volume on your phone or audio source. If you're using a microSD card, verify that the audio is recorded correctly.

You can only hear through one ear or a single earpiece.

This problem is usually related to incorrect placement of the earpiece or confusion between the kit components. Nano earpieces work through electromagnetic induction and contain no internal electronic components, so it is impossible for one to work and the other not to.

A constant high-pitched buzzing sound (like a bee)

This could be due to improper placement of the earpiece or a low battery. Reposition it correctly and check the charge.

You can't hear the calls but you can hear the audios.

On Bluetooth devices, verify that the mobile phone has correctly configured the device for calls.

The Bluetooth device does not appear or does not connect

Activate Bluetooth on your phone, hold the device nearby, and repeat the pairing process. If the pairing persists, restart both devices.

I can't make a call (GSM models)

Confirm that the microphone is on and in recording mode. Some models require you to press and hold the record button until the LED flashes. Make sure the memory is not full and that the device is not in standby or voice-activated mode if no sound is detected.

The GSM microphone does not answer calls

Verify that the SIM card is inserted correctly and does not require a PIN code. Make sure the SIM card has sufficient balance and that the device is in an area with good GSM coverage. If the problem persists, try a different SIM card to rule out a problem with the original card.

The audio quality is low or very noisy

Make sure the microphone is not obstructed by dirt or dust. Place the device in a location with good acoustics and avoid covering it with materials that could muffle the sound. Some models have noise reduction; check that this feature is enabled if available.

The device does not connect to the computer

Use the original USB cable and connect the device to a working USB port. Wait a few seconds for your computer to recognize the device. If it doesn't, try a different port or another computer. Make sure the device is turned on and in data transfer mode if necessary.

The microphone turns off automatically

This may be due to the power saving feature or voice activation. Check your device's settings to adjust these features according to your needs. Also, make sure the battery is fully charged, as a low battery can cause unexpected shutdowns.

The device does not charge

Check that the charging cable and adapter are in good condition. Connect the device to a different power source to rule out issues with the original plug. If the device still doesn't charge, the battery may be defective and needs to be replaced.

It has no connection...
