Description
The USB Spy Microphone is a discreet device that looks like a USB flash drive, ideal for high-quality, covert audio recordings.
Available in three versions (without MicroSD, 8GB, and 32GB), it adapts to different storage and battery life needs. It records audio at 192 kbps, with a voice activation option to record only when sound is detected. The 32GB version offers up to 300 hours of recording, 9 hours of battery life, and a 3,5mm jack port for direct listening.
Its compact design and USB connection make it easy to transfer files to your computer. A practical and efficient solution for capturing audio securely and undetected.

Step 0 - Model Selection

USB Spy Microphone Without MicroSD
Step 1 - Power On and Recording
- Slide the side switch to the position ON.
- The light will flash briefly and turn off: recording has started.
- To finish, slide the switch to OFF: : The recording is saved automatically.
Do not connect the device to the computer while recording., as you may lose the recorded file.
Step 2 - Voice Activation (VOR Mode)
- With device off, slide the switch to ON and hold it in that position for 10 seconds without speaking.
- If it detects a sound above 45 dB, the microphone will automatically start recording.
- When the sound stops, the recording stops and is saved.
- To deactivate VOR mode: simply turn off the device.
Step 3 - Playing Recordings
A. From the computer
- Connect the device to a USB port.
- Access the file folder to play the audios (.WAV).
B. From headphones (32 GB version only)
- Connect headphones to the 3,5mm port.
- Turn on the device: it will start playing the recorded files automatically.

Step 1 - Power On and Recording
- Slide the switch to position ON.
- The red light will flash briefly and turn off: recording has started.
- To stop recording, move the switch to OFF.
- The device will automatically save the file and shut down.
Step 2 - Record while charging
- With the device turned off, connect it to a computer or charger.
- When the red light flashes (or blue stays on), slide the switch to ON.
- After the red light flashes, recording will start.
- Finally, put the switch on OFF and the device will save the file.
Step 3 - Play recordings
- Connect the device to a computer via USB.
- Go to your recordings folder and open the audio file to play it.
- If it doesn't play with the default Windows Media Player, right click - Open with - Windows Media Player Legacy or VLC

Step 1 - Power On and Recording
- Slide the switch to position ON without headphones connected.
- The red light will flash 3 times and turn off: the automatic recording.
- To stop recording and save the file, slide the switch to OFF.
Step 2 - Playback with headphones
- Connect the included headphones.
- Turn on the device (ON position):
- Recordings will be played (red LED flashing)
- Or music files (blue LED flashes)
- Recordings will be played (red LED flashing)
- Controls:
- Volume + / Next: Short press to change tracks, long press to increase volume
- Volume - / Mode: Short press to switch between music and recording, long press to lower the volume
Step 3 - LED Indicators
🔴 3 red blinks: Start recording
🔴 Constant flashing: Playing recordings
🔴 Blink 10 times: Low battery
🔴 Fixed light: Loading
⚫ Light off: Full load
(I.e. Flicker: Playing music
🔴Fixed red light 5 min: Memory full → automatically shuts down
Step 4 - Configuration from the computer
- Connect the device via USB.
- Open the file UserConfig.txt on the removable drive.
- Configure the following parameters:

- Check that the microSD card is properly inserted (if it is a version without built-in memory).
