The Nano V6 Earpiece is the smallest and most advanced earpiece on the market, measuring just 3 mm. Unlike other models, this device works exclusively with phone calls thanks to its Nano SIM card slot, turning the earpiece into a mobile device that you can call.
The ultra-sensitive microphone, which can be hidden in a sleeve or collar, allows for whispered communications, ensuring complete discretion. Compatible with GSM bands (850, 900, 1800, 1900), it is ideal for use in different countries. Its rechargeable battery offers up to 3 hours of battery life, and there's no need to charge the earpiece, as the induction collar generates the vibration that produces the sound.

Instructions
Step 0 - Original Product
Check that it is a original product of PingaOculto checking the brand that appears on the product.
If you have any doubts about whether it is original, you can contact us and we will verify it.
Step 1 - Remove SIM PIN
To use the SIM card with the Kit it is need to temporarily remove the SIM pin code. You can find the setting on your mobile in security, privacy or similar settings.
If you don't find the option, search in google: "remove sim card pin code + mobile model/brand".
Step 2 - SIM Insertion and Power On
The choke collar is shipped with little or no charge, It is recommended to charge it before its first use. (See Step 6)
Introducing a Nano SIM card according orientation that appears in the image. The Nano SIM will be correctly inserted when you hear a click.
To extract it push Nano SIM card in until you hear a click.
The on/off button is activated when the card is inserted and hear the click. When you insert the Nano SIM card, the inductor element it turns on and it will appear a red led. Wait approximately 10 seconds for it to start. The LED will turn off.
Step 3 - Earpiece Type
This model can be purchased only with the Nano Earpiece or also with a Vip Pro type Earpiece. The Nano Penguin offers little volume and can only be used in noise-free environments like exams or libraries. The Spy Earpiece Vip Pro offers more volume and can be used in environments with or without noise.

Step 4 - Using the Kit with Vip Pro Earpiece
Step 4.1 - Stack Introduction
Unscrew the black cover of the spy headset and insert the battery with the positive pole up (where are the letters of the brand and the model of the battery is the positive pole).
Next, screw the cap back on, making sure it is screwed on tightly.
La battery begins to discharge as soon as it is inserted on the spy headset and must be removed if not in use to prevent discharge.
The battery model required for the vip pro spy headset is 337-SR416SW.
Step 4.2 - Cleaning and Testing
This sound similar to an untuned radio is normal in all Vip Pro Earpieces. It is due to the constant amplification of the inductive waves emitted by the inductive element. This sound decreases when something is played and when the battery power decreases. Thanks to this technology, we have great autonomy and very small headphones.
Firstly, clean the ear well with a Q-tip, ear cleaning spray or water and dry well. Next, clean the earphone holes with a fine needle and be very careful to remove the wax that obstructs and can make you not hear anything.
Hold the spy headset close to your ear and check that you hear a sound similar to that of an untuned radio.
This sound indicates that it is turned on and works properly.
⚠️ If the sound is very loud and can be heard without the earpiece in your ear, unscrew the cover and check that the battery is oriented with the positive pole facing up, then carefully screw the cover back on. If the cover or the battery are not aligned, this noise will occur.
⚠️ If you cannot hear the sound similar to an untuned radio, check that the battery is correctly inserted with the positive pole + facing up and carefully screw the cover back on. If you have left the battery inserted for a long time, it will be discharged and you will need to use the other battery included in the kit or a new one.
Step 4.3 - Introduction and Placement
Insert the earpiece into the left ear. You can also insert it on the right, but generally we hear better on the left. You can push the earpiece with your finger. It is not recommended to insert it too much, as it is not necessary to hide it.
Place the vip pro earpiece nearby of the inducing element like in the image (part without buttons attached to the Nano V6 device by a cable). Now we are going to perform a functional test:
- Put the whole kit on a table.
- Remove the Nano SIM card if it is located inside the Nano V6.
- Place the vip pro earpiece near the inductor element like in the image.
- Insert the Nano SIM card again y wait to hear the power-on melody.
If we have heard the ignition melody, the inducing element has turned on correctly and is working. Wait at least 1 minute and llick from a mobile to the phone number of the Nano SIM card. The call is answered automatically after a few seconds. You will hear yourself speaking from the mobile phone that is making the call and you will be able to communicate through the wired microphone.
Then Place the kit on your body as in the image. The wired microphone can be hidden in the sleeve or collar. The inducing element should always be between the neck and chest (the closer the more volume) to transmit the sound to the handset.
⚠️ If you don't hear the call through the earpiece, check that the induction element is close to the VIP Pro earpiece. If that doesn't work, try another Nano SIM, check that it has a line and that the Nano SIM card doesn't have a PIN code. Also, try fully charging the battery. Step 5 - Using the Nano Earpiece Kit
If the vip pro earpiece works, the nano earpiece will work for sure. This is because the Nano earpiece works because of the material it's made of. It's recommended to try the VIP Pro earpiece first if you purchased a kit with a VIP Pro earpiece.
Step 5.1 - Kit Parts
The penguins (in the image indicated by the number 3) are the two smallest pieces and should part with the nailYou can find them in the Kit in a plastic bag.
Also included are the extractor bar (2 in the picture) and the puller magnet (1 in the image).
Step 5.2 - Test Function
Place together the Extractor Magnet and the two earpieces and place them in contact with the inductor element like in the image (part without buttons attached to the Nano V6 device by a cable). The extractor magnet, being also made of a piezoelectric material, reacts to inductive waves just like the earpieces, vibrating and causing sound, which is why we will use it together with the earpieces to perform the test:
- Put the whole kit on a table.
- Remove the Nano SIM card if it is located inside the Nano V6.
- Place the extractor magnet and the two pins in contact with the inductor element like in the image.
- Insert the Nano SIM card again y wait to hear the ignition melody or for the earpieces to vibrate.
If we have heard the ignition melody, the inducing element has turned on correctly and is working. Wait at least 1 minute and llick from a mobile to the phone number of the Nano SIM card. The call is answered automatically after a few seconds. Bring your ear closer to the extractor magnet and the earpieces that are in contact with the inductor element and check if it is heard or vibrates when speaking from the mobile making the call.

⚠️ If you don't hear the call through the earpiece, check that the induction element is stuck to the extractor magnet and earpieces. Step 5.3 - Introduction to the Nano Earpiece
This step It is the most complex and may require several attempts to achieve the correct entry.. Si DO NOT enter it correctly you will hear low or no sound.
For correct insertion, keep your ear clean. It is recommended to use cotton swabs or cleaning spray before of inserting the earpiece.
Enter first a penguin (only one of the two that appear in the image indicated by a 3) in the left ear (we hear better through the left ear than through the right) through the following procedure:
- Turn your head 90º so that the left ear where we are going to insert the earpiece is facing upwards.
- Then drop the earpiece into your ear (You should never try to insert the earpiece with a cotton swab or similar, as it will not be inserted correctly).
- keeping the same position with your head turned, shake your head and make circular movements until you notice the sensation of a drop of water falling into the ear and/or the clogged ear.
⚠️ It may be necessary to repeat this step several times ⚠️
➕ For check that the earpiece has been correctly inserted, put your hand to your ear (so that the earpiece does not fall to the ground) and turn your head to the opposite side. If the earpiece comes out of your ear easily when turning the head is that it has NOT been entered correctly. You must repeat the introduction steps.
➕ You can also check if it is correctly inserted by verifying that another person does not see the earpiece in the ear. If you can see it, DO NOT it is well introduced.
🔧 Tip: There are times when The earpiece just needs a little push to be correctly entered. If so, place the extractor magnet behind your ear, close to the neck. You will notice how the earpiece moves and you can finish placing it.

Step 5.4 - Placement and Volume
When the earpiece has been correctly inserted in the left ear Place the kit on your body as in the image. The wired microphone can be hidden in the sleeve or collar. The inducing element should always be between the neck and chest (the closer the more volume) to transmit the sound to the handset.
Call from a mobile to the phone number of the SIM card and it will respond automatically. If you hear very low, Also insert the other earpiece into the right ear or place the induction element closer to the earpiece.
El Volume is regulated by moving the inducing element closer or further away from the earpiece.. The closer, the more volume, the further away, the less volume. It must be located between the neck and chest on the side where we have inserted the earpiece so that it receives the sound.
(A single earpiece in the left ear is recommended, since when trying to insert one in each ear, the first one will be misplaced when introducing the second one). (It is VERY likely that if we do not hear well with an earpiece in the left ear, it is because we have not inserted the earpiece correctly, the inductor element does not have enough charge or the inductor element is not in the neck).
Step 6 - Microphone and Volume
El wired microphone can be placed on the sleeve or on the neck.
To increase the volume the inductor element should be placed closer to the earpiece.
To decrease volume the inductor element must be located further from the earpiece.
Step 7 - Earpiece, Battery and Battery Removal
Remember to turn off the neckloop while not in use and while it is charging.
Battery charge
La autonomy of the Nano V6 device is approximately 3 hours.
To load it:
- Remove the Nano SIM card from inside by pressing until you hear a click. This is the on/off button and should be turned off.
- Plug it into power with the charging cable and plug from the Kit or to a charger up to 5V and 1A.
The estimated time of charge is 1-1,5 hours. The device is charging while the red light flashes y fully charged when red light is steady. Remember to check that the Nano V6 is turned off while charging (Nano SIM card removed).
Earpiece Removal
Step 7.1 - Nano Earpiece Removal

Another VERY effective extraction method es hold with one finger the puller magnet inside the ear and shake your head while keeping it rotated as in the second image. It can be hard to remove the first few times, but after several attempts it will succeed.
Also the earpiece may have already been removed and fallen to the ground, check if it is still in your ear by connecting the Kit and checking if you hear when playing a recording at maximum volume.

It is recommended to clean the earpiece with water or alcohol, the extractor magnet and the extractor bar before and after each use.
Lastly, Remember to turn off the product by removing the Nano SIM card.
Step 7.2 - Removing the Vip Pro Earpiece
Remove the earpiece by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers.
If you don't get it, you can try to pull the transparent thread with tweezers.
Lastly, remember to disconnect the battery when you finish using the spy earpiece to avoid discharging it.

Frequent Problems
1 - I can't establish a call
It can be due to several reasons. Perform the following checks:
- Check that the Nano SIM card does not have a PIN. You can check it by entering it in your mobile and restarting the mobile. If it asks for the SIM pin at power-up, you should remove it. To use the SIM card with the Kit it is need to temporarily remove the SIM pin code. You can find the setting on your mobile in security, privacy or similar settings. If you don't find the option, search on Google: “remove SIM card pin code + mobile model/brand”.
- Check that it has battery power and has been charged without the Nano SIM card. Es It is very important that you remove the Nano SIM by pressing until you hear the click and not pulling it. The ON/OFF button is activated by the Nano SIM card when inserted and If it remains on it will not charge even if the red charging light comes on flashing. Even if the ignition melody sounds, it may fail due to low charge.
- Verify that you have inserted the Nano SIM card correctly and heard it click when entering it.
- Verify that the Nano SIM card can make or receive calls.
- Verify that the Nano V6 compatible GSM bands which are: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 are available in your country in: https://www.worldtimezone.com/gsm.html
- Test in the open to rule out a coverage problem. Besides, try another Nano SIM card from another operator. For example, in Spain, the most recommended operators are Movistar or Vodafone and the least recommended is Orange and similar.
⚠️ The Nano V6 inductor element receives less signal than a mobile phone. It is important to try an operator with good coverage.
2 - Doesn't work

3 - I can't hear anything or very low

4 - I only hear out of one ear / earpiece
If the vip pro earpiece works, the nano earpiece will work for sure. This is because the Nano earpiece works because of the material it's made of. It's recommended to try the VIP Pro earpiece first if you purchased a kit with a VIP Pro earpiece.
In nano earpieces this failure is impossible. If one device works, the other works too. This is because the earpieces work because of the material they are made of, a piezoelectric material, and not due to any internal electronics in the earpieces. The material reacts to the inductive waves of the inductor element by vibrating and making sound.
Most likely, the earpiece has not been correctly inserted into the ear, we are confusing the extractor magnet with the earpieces or two earpieces together or that let's hear more through one ear (We normally hear more through the left ear).
If the volume obtained by the earpiece in one ear is sufficient, it is recommended to use it with a single earpiece and save the other.
5 - A very loud sound sounds, like a bee

6 - The microphone does not work
The wired microphone works like a handsfree for phone calls. It is recommended check that it has not been clogged with clothing and try to do the call in speakerphone mode with another mobile and at maximum volume to hear louder.

Remove the earpiece by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers.
If you don't get it, you can try to pull the transparent thread with tweezers.
Lastly, remember to disconnect the battery when you finish using the spy earpiece to avoid discharging it.
8 - The Inductor Element has stopped working
Most likely, has stayed on and the battery has been depleted. This happens if we leave the Nano SIM card inserted even if it is not being used or if it is removed without pressing and hearing the click.. Perform a full charge without the Nano SIM card.
