Step 0 - Original Product
Check that it is a original product of PingaOculto checking the brand that appears on the product.

Step 1 - Power On and Connection
The choke collar is shipped with little or no charge, It is recommended to charge it before its first use. (See Step 6)

To turn on the Nano V4 device and put it into pairing mode must Press and hold button A until the lights flash rapidly red and blue. (❗Do not release the button before or the device will not go into pairing mode). Connect your Mobile turning on Bluetooth and search for the device “T-LOOP”. Once connect your mobile for the first time will be linked to the device and it will connect automatically as long as Bluetooth is turned on on your mobile. As long as a device is connected via Bluetooth will be hidden from other devices.
if at Turn on the Nano V4 just press the A button (without holding), a first blue light will turn on, but it will not be in pairing mode.
To Turn off the Nano V4 Press and hold button A until it turns on and the red light goes off.
Step 2 - Earpiece Type
This model can be purchased only with the Nano Earpiece or also with a Vip Pro type Earpiece. The Nano Penguin offers little volume and can only be used in noise-free environments like exams or libraries. The Spy Earpiece Vip Pro offers more volume and can be used in environments with or without noise.

Step 3 - Using the Kit with Vip Pro Earpiece
Step 3.1 - Stack Introduction

Unscrew the black cover of the spy headset and insert the battery with the positive pole up (where are the letters of the brand and the model of the battery is the positive pole).
Next, screw the cap back on, making sure it is screwed on tightly.
La battery begins to discharge as soon as it is inserted on the spy headset and must be removed if not in use to prevent discharge.
The battery model required for the vip pro spy headset is 337-SR416SW.
Step 3.2 - Cleaning and Testing
This sound similar to an untuned radio is normal in all Vip Pro Earpieces. It is due to the constant amplification of the inductive waves emitted by the inductive element. This sound decreases when something is played and when the battery power decreases. Thanks to this technology, we have great autonomy and very small headphones.


Firstly, clean the ear well with a Q-tip, ear cleaning spray or water and dry well. Next, clean the earphone holes with a fine needle and be very careful to remove the wax that obstructs and can make you not hear anything.
Hold the spy headset close to your ear and check that you hear a sound similar to that of an untuned radio.
This sound indicates that it is turned on and works properly.
⚠️ If the sound is very loud and can be heard without the earpiece in your ear, unscrew the cover and check that the battery is oriented with the positive pole facing up, then carefully screw the cover back on. If the cover or the battery are not aligned, this noise will occur.
⚠️ If you cannot hear the sound similar to an untuned radio, check that the battery is correctly inserted with the positive pole + facing up and carefully screw the cover back on. If you have left the battery inserted for a long time, it will be discharged and you will need to use the other battery included in the kit or a new one.
Step 3.3 - Introduction and Placement

Insert the earpiece into the left ear. You can also insert it on the right, but generally we hear better on the left. You can push the earpiece with your finger. It is not recommended to insert it too much, as it is not necessary to hide it.

Place the Kit as it appears in the image, remembering that the induction collar should always be on the neck under clothing so that the earpiece receives the sound.
Play the song, recording or phone call by increasing the volume on your mobile.
Check if it is heard on the earpiece.
For more security it is recommended to fix the induction collar with cloth or plastic tape to your skin so that it does not move during use. For repeated use you can even sew it to sweatshirts or jackets. Remember that the Induction Collar is not washable.
⚠ If the song is not heard through the earpiece, but you do hear the sound of the radio without tuning, check that the inductor collar is on the neck and that the mobile is correctly connected and with the volume at maximum. ⚠️🔋❗Maximum volume reduces battery life. You should set the volume to the lowest audible level (usually 50-70%) to maximize battery life and prevent external noise.

Step 4 - Using the Nano Earpiece Kit
If the vip pro earpiece works, the nano earpiece will work for sure. This is because the Nano earpiece works because of the material it's made of. It's recommended to try the VIP Pro earpiece first if you purchased a kit with a VIP Pro earpiece.
Step 4.1 - Kit Parts

The penguins (in the image indicated by the number 3) are the two smallest pieces and should part with the nailYou can find them in the Kit in a plastic bag.

Step 4.2 - Introduction to the Nano Earpiece
This step It is the most complex and may require several attempts to achieve the correct entry.. Si DO NOT enter it correctly you will hear low or no sound.
For correct insertion, keep your ear clean. It is recommended to use cotton swabs or cleaning spray before of inserting the earpiece.



Enter first a penguin (only one of the two that appear in the image indicated by a 3) in the left ear (we hear better through the left ear than through the right) through the following procedure:
- Turn your head 90º so that the left ear where we are going to insert the earpiece is facing upwards.
- Then drop the earpiece into your ear (You should never try to insert the earpiece with a cotton swab or similar, as it will not be inserted correctly).
- keeping the same position with your head turned, shake your head and make circular movements until you notice the sensation of a drop of water falling into the ear and/or the clogged ear.
⚠️ It may be necessary to repeat this step several times ⚠️
➕ For check that the earpiece has been correctly inserted, put your hand to your ear (so that the earpiece does not fall to the ground) and turn your head to the opposite side. If the earpiece comes out of your ear easily when turning the head is that it has NOT been entered correctly. You must repeat the introduction steps.
➕ You can also check if it is correctly inserted by verifying that another person does not see the earpiece in the ear. If you can see it, DO NOT it is well introduced.
🔧 Tip: There are times when The earpiece just needs a little push to be correctly entered. If so, place the extractor magnet behind your ear, close to the neck. You will notice how the earpiece moves and you can finish placing it.

Remember clean the ear and Cleaning Sprays and sticks for the ears. Usually you will only need practice more to enter it correctly. Step 4.3 - Placement and Volume


When the earpiece has been correctly inserted in the left ear, place the Kit as it appears in the image, remembering that the induction collar should always be on the neck under clothing so that the earpiece receives the sound.
Play the song, recording or phone call by turning the volume up to the maximum on your mobile to check if the volume it provides is enough a penguin (sufficient in most cases) if we have inserted the earpiece correctly, if the volume is maximum, the collar has enough charge and is located on the neck).
If you hear very low, Also insert the other earpiece into your right ear or try turning up the volume on the Nano V4 Neckloop (different volume than mobile).
To increase the volume of the neckloop (different volume than mobile) hold down the + button of the Nano V4 while the earpiece is on the left ear and the neckloop on the neck. When you hear a whistle sharp means that the volume is at maximum* on the necklace.
(A single earpiece in the left ear is recommended, since when trying to insert one in each ear, the first one will be misplaced when introducing the second one). (It is VERY likely that if we do not hear well with an earpiece in the left ear it is because we have not inserted the earpiece correctly, the volume is not the maximum in the mobile, the induction collar does not have enough charge or it is not on the neck).
*⚠️🔋❗Setting the collar volume to maximum drastically reduces battery life. Set the volume to maximum on your phone and to the minimum audible level (usually 50-70%) on the collar (you can decrease the volume by holding down the - button, and increase it by holding down the + button).
Step 5 - Multifunction and Volume Buttons



You can use this device by phone call or with recordings. The Integrated microphone is located on the top.
- the B button mutes both earpiece and microphone.
- Button C must be pressed for a minimum of 2 seconds to send a series of beeps while we are on a call.
El button A performs the following functions:
- 1 Click: Answer/Hang up call or Pause/Play recordings.
- 2 Clicks: Call the last person in the call log of the connected mobile.
The Nano V4's volume buttons have several functions:
- 1 Click + Button : Next recording.
- 1 Click Button – : Previous recording.
- Hold + Button : Increase the volume of the Nano V4.
- Hold Button – : Decrease the volume of the Nano V4.

⚠🔋❗This device has two volumes, that of your mobile and that of the Nano V4. To increase autonomy it is recommended DO NOT max out the volume on the Nano V4. The optimal volume is 50-70% in the Nano V4 inductor collar and 100% in the mobile.
Step 6 - Earpiece, Battery and Battery Removal
Remember to turn off the neckloop while not in use and while it is charging.
Battery charge

La autonomy of the Nano V4 device is approximately 4 hours.
To charge it, connect it to the power with the charging cable and plug from the Kit. or to a charger up to 5V and 1A (the connector No. is completely inserted into the port of the Nano V4). will light a Red light when connecting it. The estimated time of charge is 1 hour. The device is fully charged when the red light changes to a blue light.
⚠️ The battery should be charged/discharged at least once every 1 months to extend battery life.

Earpiece Removal
Step 6.1 - Nano Earpiece Removal



remove the earpiece approaching the extractor bar (indicated in the image with a 2) with puller magnet (indicated with a 1) at its base to the ear as you can see in the first image.
Another VERY effective extraction method es hold with one finger the puller magnet inside the ear and shake your head while keeping it rotated as in the second image. It can be hard to remove the first few times, but after several attempts it will succeed.
Also the earpiece may have already been removed and fallen to the ground, check if it is still in your ear by connecting the Kit and checking if you hear when playing a recording at maximum volume.

It is recommended to clean the earpiece with water or alcohol, the extractor magnet and the extractor bar before and after each use.
Lastly, remember to turn off the collar inductor to prevent it from discharging.
Step 6.2 - Removing the Vip Pro Earpiece

Remove the earpiece by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers.
If you don't get it, you can try to pull the transparent thread with tweezers.
Lastly, remember to disconnect the battery when you finish using the spy earpiece to avoid discharging it.

Frequent Problems
1 - Bluetooth device not listed

If the bluetooth device does not appear with the name T-LOOP on your mobile is because it is not turning on correctly the necklace.
Hold down the A button, with a phone icon and DON'T LET IT GO until the lights flash color Red and blue. If you release it earlier (when the first blue lights appear) it will not go into pairing mode and will not appear in bluetooth on your mobile.
When the red and blue lights flash, search for the bluetooth device: “T-LOOP”. If it still does not appear, try turning your mobile's Bluetooth on/off, charging the inducer collar and check again that the lights are flashing red and blue.
2 - Doesn't work
Nano earpieces work because of the material they are made of, a piezoelectric material, and not due to any internal electronics in the earpieces. For this reason it is impossible for nano earpieces not to work and the The problem will be the induction collar or the mobile. Follow the steps and tests indicated in the next section (3 – I can't hear anything or very low).

3 - I can't hear anything or very low
This is one of the most common problems in the nano earpieces. exist several possible reasons for which you hear nothing or very little. We are going to carry out a series of tests:

Check that the Nano V4 Induction Collar is connected to your mobile via Bluetooth. To put the Nano V4 device in pairing mode must hold button A on ignition until lights flash red/blue rapidly. Place together the Extractor Magnet and the two earpieces and place them in contact with the inductor collar, which must be rolled as in the picture. The extractor magnet, being also made of a piezoelectric material, reacts to inductive waves in the same way as the earpieces, vibrating and causing the sound, for this reason we will use it together with the earpieces to carry out the test.
Play a song on your mobile and while playing turn up the volume to the maximum from your mobile. Bring your ear closer to the extractor magnet and to the earpieces that are in contact with the induction collar and check if it sounds low or vibrates.
Si vibrate and/or is heard low the kit It's working correctly.
⚠️ If they don't vibrate or you can't hear anything, repeat the steps with another phone and check that the neckband is charged, that the cable is wound as shown, that you've positioned the magnet extractor and the two earpieces attached to the cable, and that the volume is at maximum while the song is playing. 4 - I only hear out of one ear / earpiece
If the vip pro earpiece works, the nano earpiece will work for sure. This is because the Nano earpiece works because of the material it's made of. It's recommended to try the VIP Pro earpiece first if you purchased a kit with a VIP Pro earpiece.

In nano earpieces this failure is impossible. If one device works, the other works too. This is because the earpieces work because of the material they are made of, a piezoelectric material, and not due to any internal electronics in the earpieces. The material reacts to the inductive waves of the induction collar by vibrating and making sound.
Most likely, the earpiece has not been correctly inserted into the ear, we are confusing the extractor magnet with the earpieces or two earpieces together or that let's hear more through one ear (We normally hear more through the left ear).
If the volume obtained by the earpiece in one ear is sufficient, it is recommended to use it with a single earpiece and save the other.

5 - A very loud sound sounds, like a bee

If the problem persists, remove the cover again and Gently pull the spring inside the earphone with your fingernail or tweezers. Thus, will be deformed and contact will be made correctly. Can be necesario perform this adjustment occasionally or on first use.
6 - The button does not work or does not work as it should



Although it is not usual, It is possible that some function is not compatible with your mobile. We recommend trying another mobile or playback application.
