Frequent Problems

How can I change my Wi-Fi connection?

If you decide to move the camera to a new location or if you have changed your home router, it is essential to perform a factory reset (holding down the reset button for about 6 seconds).

Once the values have been reset, you can restart the pairing process with the data from the new wireless network.

Why isn't my microSD card working?

If the memory does not appear in the application, first make sure it is of 10 class or higher.

It is essential that you format it before inserting it (preferably in FAT32 format from a computer).

If the problem persists after formatting, we recommend trying a different card to rule out physical failures in the storage unit.

Why isn't Hibernation Mode working?

You should be aware that the hibernation power-saving system (present in the HD PIR and Full HD PIR models) is only operational when the camera is plugged in. Remote Mode (IP) via a router. This feature is not available while using a direct point-to-point connection (AP Mode). Make sure you complete the Wi-Fi setup to take advantage of this feature.

Why does motion detection fail?

The configuration depends on the type of technology your camera uses:

  • In standard models with hibernation function, it is necessary Manually disable sleep mode so that the motion sensor can activate the recording.

  • In models that incorporate PIR sensorThe system is able to detect the presence of human thermal energy and start recording even if the camera is in sleep mode, thus optimizing battery life.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you've customized your password and can't remember it, the only solution is to perform a full restoration of the device. Doing so will revert all settings to their original state and you will be able to log in again using the default password: 8888.

How to avoid losing recorded videos?

To prevent video files from becoming corrupted or lost, we advise you to always Stop the active recording from the App Before turning off or unplugging the camera, ensure the last clip is recorded and securely stored in memory.

Is it normal for the camera to get hot?

Don't worry. Due to its compact size and the activity of the image processor, it's perfectly normal to notice a slight warm-up during continuous operation. This phenomenon has been taken into account in its design and does not pose a risk to the performance or durability of the equipment.

Can I charge it with any charger?

To protect the lifespan of the internal battery, use only chargers that supply an output of 5V / 1AAvoid using "fast charging" adapters or power supplies that exceed 5V, as a higher voltage could cause irreversible damage to the camera's circuitry.
