Instructions
Step 1 - Initial Preparation
- use a card 2G/4G nano SIM active.
- Before inserting it, be sure to remove the PIN code from the SIM. You can search for how to do this on Google by searching "your mobile model + remove SIM PIN".
- Also make sure the SIM has balance and a data plan.
- Charge the device for at least 1 hour before first use.
Step 2 - Power On and Off
- Switched on: Insert the SIM card while the device is off. Then, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until all three LEDs turn on.

Step 3 - Interpreting LED Lights
- Red:
- Flicker slow: Battery >30%
- Flicker Speed: Low battery
- Yellow:
- Flicker slow: Connected to the app
- Flicker Speed: No data (configure APN)
- Fixed: invalid SIM or no balance
- BLUE:
- Flicker slow: GPS active and connected
- Flicker Speed: Searching for GPS signal
Step 4 - Connecting to the GPS365 app
- Search for the app “365GPS” in the Google Play store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) and download it.
- Sign in with:
- User ID: IMEI number (15 digits)
- Password: Last 6 digits of the IMEI
- User ID: IMEI number (15 digits)
- You can also log in by scanning the device's QR code from the app.
Step 5 - Main functions in the app

- Geofences (Safe Zones)
- Alerts (low battery, vibration, SOS, leaving safe zone)

Step 6 - Localization Methods
- GPS: High outdoor precision (≤10 m).
- WiFi: Average accuracy (≤50 m) using nearby WiFi networks.
- LBS: Positioning by mobile towers (>100 m), used when there is no GPS or WiFi.
Step 7 - Settings to extend the battery
- In the app:
- Adjust the position update interval in “Settings”.
- Activate the mode energy savings.
- Use the option “Remote shutdown” to put the device into sleep mode.

Frequent Problems
Why is the yellow LED blinking fast?
- It means that mobile data are not activated o are misconfigured.
- Configure the APN by sending SMS according to the operator (see SMS commands).
Why is the yellow LED on solid?
- It means that the SIM is invalid, has no balance or is incompatible.
- Try another SIM that meets the requirements.
Why doesn't the device appear in the App?
- You have not yet successfully logged in.
- Wait 1-2 minutes or check the SIM insertion.
Why does it consume battery so quickly?
- The update interval is very short.
- Extends update time in the app and activate saving mode.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
- Contact technical support or use the SMS command to restore the device.
