Description

The Vip Pro Bluetooth Pen + Earpiece is an innovative solution that combines a functional pen with induction technology for discreet communications. It connects via Bluetooth to mobile phones or MP3 players and transmits clear audio to the earpiece using inductive waves. The pen should be held at a maximum distance of 15-20 cm from your ear for optimal performance.
The Vip Pro earpiece, available in SuperMini or UltraMini versions, fits completely inside the ear canal and offers up to 4 hours of battery life with the included 337/SR416SW batteries. The rechargeable induction pen, which lasts 3 hours, includes a built-in microphone for discreet, crystal-clear calls. Ideal for exams, interviews, or situations where privacy is essential, this system offers maximum confidentiality without sacrificing the functionality of a real pen.

Instructions
Step 0 - Original Product
Check that it is a original product of PingaOculto checking the brand that appears on the product.

Step 1 - Stack Introduction

Unscrew the black cover of the spy headset and insert the battery with the positive pole up (where are the letters of the brand and the model of the battery is the positive pole).
Next, screw the cap back on, making sure it is screwed on tightly.

The battery model required for the vip pro spy headset is 337-SR416SW.
Step 2 - Cleaning and Function Check
This sound similar to an untuned radio is normal in all Vip Pro Earpieces. It is due to the constant amplification of the inductive waves emitted by the inductive element. This sound decreases when something is played and when the battery power decreases. Thanks to this technology, we have great autonomy and very small headphones.


Firstly, clean the ear well with a Q-tip, ear cleaning spray or water and dry well. Next, clean the earphone holes with a fine needle and be very careful to remove the wax that obstructs and can make you not hear anything.
Hold the spy headset close to your ear and check that you hear a sound similar to that of an untuned radio.
This sound indicates that it is turned on and works properly.
⚠️ If the sound is very loud and can be heard without the earpiece in your ear, unscrew the cover and check that the battery is oriented with the positive pole facing up, then carefully screw the cover back on. If the cover or the battery are not aligned, this noise will occur.
⚠️ If you cannot hear the sound similar to an untuned radio, check that the battery is correctly inserted with the positive pole + facing up and carefully screw the cover back on. If you have left the battery inserted for a long time, it will be discharged and you will need to use the other battery included in the kit or a new one.
Step 3 - Introducing the Earpiece

Insert the earpiece into the left ear. You can also insert it on the right, but generally we hear better on the left. You can push the earpiece with your finger. It is not recommended to insert it too much, as it is not necessary to hide it.
Step 4 - Power On and Bluetooth Connection
The pen ships with little or no charge, It is recommended to charge it before its first use. (See Step 7)



Turn on the Vip Pro Bluetooth Pen placing the ring in the bottom position of the hole where the LED is located (look at the arrow in the picture) for at least 6 seconds, until the LED flashes red/blue (if it doesn't turn on, charge it with the included cable and charger for at least 1 hour). Once it flashes, you can remove the ring.
Next, go to your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings and connect it to a device called “helper".
When you connect it for the first time, it will pair with the device and connect automatically as long as Bluetooth is activated on your mobile phone. As long as there is a device connected via Bluetooth, it will be hidden for the rest of the devices.
To turn off the pen, keep the ring in the same position until the red light flashes twice.
Remember It is essential that the pen is less than 15-20 centimeters from the ear where the spy headset is located so that it receives the sound by induction.
Step 5 - Function Test

Play a song on your mobile/MP3 and, while it's ringing, turn the volume up to maximum on your mobile. Check if you can hear it on the spy headset. Remember that The pen must be less than 15-20cm from the earpiece.

Step 6 - Multifunction Button, Microphone and Volume

You can use it for phone calls or recordings. The integrated microphone is located on the side of the pen and it is important not to cover it with your fingers.
The “invisible button” that is activated when the ring is attached to the LED allows:
- Less than 2 seconds: Answer/Hang up call
- 3-5 seconds: Off/on
- 6 seconds: Power on in pairing mode

Step 7 - Earpiece, Battery and Battery Removal

The battery life of the Bluetooth Pen is approximately 3 hours.

Frequent Problems
1 - Bluetooth device not listed
