Step 0 - Original Product PingaOculto
Check that it is a original product of PingaOculto checking that the brand that appears on the product is the same.

Step 1 - Remove SIM PIN Code
To use the SIM card with the Kit it is need to temporarily remove the SIM pin code. You can find the setting on your mobile in security, privacy or similar settings.
If you don't find the option, search on google: “remove sim card pin code + mobile model/brand”.
Step 2 - SIM Card Insertion and Power On
Introducing a SIM card (no MicroSIM or NanoSIM) according orientation that appears in the image. If required, use included adapter with your microSIM or NanoSIM card and remember never insert the adapter without a card inside, as it will damage the pins. The SIM will be correctly inserted when you hear a click. For extract it push SIM card until you hear a click.
Then turn on the Nano V7 inductor collar holding down the ON/OFF button Until appears a red led. Wait approximately 10 seconds for it to start. The LED will turn off.
Step 3 - Earpiece Type
This model can be purchased only with the Nano Earpiece or also with a Vip Pro type Earpiece. The Nano Penguin offers little volume and can only be used in noise-free environments like exams or libraries. The Spy Earpiece Vip Pro offers more volume and can be used in environments with or without noise.

Step 4 - Using the Kit with Vip Pro Earpiece
Step 4.1 - Stack Introduction
Select the earpiece model between the Vip Pro SuperMini (flesh color) or the Vip Pro UltraMini (black color)
Vip Pro UltraMini
Type A
Unscrew the black cap from the earpiece and insert the stack with the positive pole facing upwards. Then screw the cap back on checking let it remain correctly screwed.
The battery begins to be consumed from the moment it is inserted on the earpiece and should withdraw if not to be used to prevent downloading. The stack model required for this version is 379-SR521SW.
type B
Unscrew the black cap from the earpiece and insert the stack with the positive pole facing upwards. Then screw the cap back on checking let it remain correctly screwed.
The battery begins to be consumed from the moment it is inserted on the earpiece and should withdraw if not to be used to prevent downloading. The stack model required for this version is 337-SR416SW.
VIP Pro SuperMini
Unscrew the black cover of the spy headset and insert the battery with the positive pole up (where are the letters of the brand and the model of the battery is the positive pole).
Next, screw the cap back on, making sure it is screwed on tightly.
La battery begins to discharge as soon as it is inserted on the spy headset and must be removed if not in use to prevent discharge.
The battery model required for the vip pro spy headset is 337-SR416SW.
Step 4.2 - Cleaning Check Operation
Firstly, clean the ear well with a Q-tip, ear cleaning spray or water and dry well. Next, clean the earphone holes with a fine needle and be very careful to remove the wax that obstructs and can make you not hear anything.
Hold the spy headset close to your ear and check that you hear a sound similar to that of an untuned radio.
This sound indicates that it is turned on and works properly.
If the sound is very loud and can be heard without the earpiece in your ear, unscrew the cap and check that the battery is oriented with the positive pole + facing up and screw the cap back on carefully. If the lid or the battery are not aligned it will make this noise.
If you cannot hear the sound similar to an untuned radio, check that the battery is correctly inserted with the positive + side facing up and screw the cap back on carefully. If you have left the battery inserted for a long time, it will be dead and you will have to use the other battery included in the kit or a new one to get it working again.
Step 4.3 - Introduction and Placement of the Kit
Insert the earpiece into the left ear. You can also insert it on the right, but generally we hear better on the left. You can push the earpiece with your finger. It is not recommended to insert it too much, as it is not necessary to hide it.
Place the vip pro earpiece nearby of the inducing collar like in the image. Now we are going to perform a functional test:
- Put the whole kit on a table.
- Place the vip pro earpiece near the inducing collar like in the image.
- Insert SIM card
- Turn on the neckloop holding down the ON/OFF button y wait to hear the power-on melody.
If we have heard the power-on melody, the induction collar has been turned on correctly and is working. Wait at least 1 minute and llick from a mobile to the phone number of the SIM card. The call is answered automatically after a few seconds. It will be heard when speaking from the mobile phone that is making the call and you can communicate through the integrated microphone
Then Place the kit on your body as in the image. For greater security it is recommended to fix the induction collar with cloth or plastic tape to your skin so that it does not move during use. For repeated use you can even sew it to sweatshirts or jackets. Remember that the Induction Collar is not washable.
If you do not hear the call through the earpiece, check that the induction collar is on your neck. If it doesn't work, try another SIM, check that it has a line and that the SIM card does not have a pin code. Also try fully charging the battery. Step 5 - Using the Nano Earpiece Kit
Step 5.1 - Kit Parts
Extractor Bar, Extractor Magnet and Earpieces
The penguins (in the image indicated by the number 3) are the two smallest pieces and should part with the nail. You can find them in the Kit in a bag. Also included are extractor bar (2 in the picture) and the puller magnet (1 in the image).
Step 5.2 - Test Function
Place together the Extractor Magnet and the two earpieces and place them in contact with the induction collar like in the image. The extractor magnet, being also made of a piezoelectric material, reacts to inductive waves just like the earpieces, vibrating and causing sound, which is why we will use it together with the earpieces to perform the test:
- Put the whole kit on a table.
- Place the extractor magnet and the two pins in contact with the inductor collar like in the image.
- Insert SIM Card.
- Turn on the neckloop holding down the ON/OFF button y wait to hear the power-on melody.
If we have heard the power-on melody, the induction collar has been turned on correctly and is working. Wait at least 1 minute and llick from a mobile to the phone number of the SIM card. The call is answered automatically after a few seconds. Bring your ear close to the extractor magnet and the earpieces that are in contact with the induction collar and check if it is heard or vibrates when speaking from the mobile making the call.

If you do not hear the call through the earpiece, check that the induction collar is attached to the extractor magnet + earpieces. If it doesn't work, try another SIM, check that it has a line and that the SIM card does not have a pin code. Also try fully charging the battery. Step 5.3 - Introducing Nano Earpiece
Enter first a penguin (only one of the two that appear in the image indicated by a 3) in the left ear (we hear better through the left ear than through the right) through the following procedure:
- Turn your head 90º so that the left ear where we are going to insert the earpiece is facing upwards.
- Then drop the earpiece into your ear (You should never try to insert the earpiece with a cotton swab or similar, as it will not be inserted correctly).
- keeping the same position with your head turned, shake your head and make circular movements until you notice the sensation of a drop of water falling into the ear and/or the clogged ear.
You may need to repeat this step several times
At check that the earpiece has been correctly inserted, put your hand to your ear (so that the earpiece does not fall to the ground) and turn your head to the opposite side. If the earpiece comes out of your ear easily when turning the head is that it has NOT been entered correctly. You must repeat the introduction steps.

Tip: There are times when The earpiece just needs a little push to be correctly entered. If so, place the extractor magnet behind your ear, close to the neck. You will notice how the earpiece moves and you can finish placing it.
Tip 2: There are certain people who accumulate more amount of earwax, especially in the inner part of the ear, causing more difficult to introduce the earpiece. Remember clean the ear with Cleaning Sprays and sticks for the ears. Usually you will only need practice more to enter it correctly. If you can't enter it it is recommended that you have a ear cleaning to remove wax plugs.

Step 5.4 - Kit Placement and Volume Adjustment
When the earpiece has been correctly inserted in the left ear, place the Kit as it appears in the image, remembering that the induction collar should always be on the neck under clothing so that the earpiece receives the sound.
Call from a mobile to the phone number of the SIM card and when it is answered automatically, increase the volume by pressing the + button of the induction collar. Check if the volume it provides is enough a penguin (sufficient in most cases) if we have inserted the earpiece correctly, if the volume is maximum, the collar has enough charge and is located on the neck).
If you hear very low, Also insert the other earpiece into the right ear.
At increase the volume of the neckloop (different volume than mobile) hold down the + button of the Nano V7 while the earpiece is on the left ear and the neckloop on the neck. When you hear a whistle means that the volume is at maximum* on the necklace.
(A single earpiece in the left ear is recommended, since when trying to insert one in each ear, the first one will be misplaced when introducing the second one). (It is VERY likely that if we do not hear well with an earpiece in the left ear it is because we have not inserted the earpiece correctly, the volume is not the maximum in the collar, the neckloop does not have enough charge or it is not in the neck).
*The volume at maximum in the inducer collar drastically reduces autonomy. You must adjust the volume to the minimum audible (normally 50-70%) on the inductor collar (you can decrease the volume by pressing the – volume button and increase it by pressing the + button).
Step 6 - Multifunction, Microphone and Volume Buttons
Includes integrated microphone on the necklace.
The operation of the buttons is:
- ON / OFF: On off. (Hold down until the led turns on/off)
- SOS/Reset: Call cut and shutdown.
- , Volume Up/Down.
To increase autonomy it is recommended DO NOT max out the volume on the Nano V7. The optimum volume is 50-70%.
Step 7 - Battery, Earpiece and Battery Removal
La autonomy of the Nano V7 device is approximately 4 hours.
to load it connect it to the power with the charging cable and plug from the Kit or to a charger up to 5V and 1A. The estimated time of charge is 1-1,5 hours. The device is fully charged when light stays on while charging.
Remember to check that the Nano V7 is turned off while charging.
Earpiece Removal
Step 7.1 - Removing the Nano Earpiece
remove the earpiece approaching the extractor bar (indicated in the image with a 2) with puller magnet (indicated with a 1) at its base to the ear as you can see in the first image.
Another VERY effective extraction method es hold with one finger the puller magnet inside the ear and shake your head while keeping it rotated as in the second image. It can be hard to remove the first few times, but after several attempts it will succeed.
Also the earpiece may have already been removed and fallen to the ground, check if it is still in your ear by connecting the Kit and checking if you hear when playing a recording at maximum volume.

It is recommended to clean the earpiece with water or alcohol, the extractor magnet and the extractor bar before and after each use.
Lastly, remember to turn off the induction collar by holding down the ON/OFF button.
Step 7.2 - Removing the Vip Pro Earpiece
Select the earpiece model between the Vip Pro SuperMini (flesh color) or the Vip Pro UltraMini (black color)
Vip Pro UltraMini
Type A
Remove the earpiece by inserting the removal bar into your ear. Remember that this is magnetized to the battery, so You should never insert the earpiece into your ear without first inserting the battery.
Lastly, remember to disconnect the battery when you finish using the earpiece so it doesn't download.

Remove the earphone by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers. If you don't get it, you can try to pull the transparent thread with tweezers.

Frequent Problems
the penguins can be complex products when putting them into operation. Check below the frequent problems penguin nano v7 and its solution.
1 - Does not establish the call with the Collar
It can be due to several reasons. Perform the following checks:
- Check that the SIM card does not have a PIN. You can check it by entering it in your mobile and restarting the mobile. If it asks for the SIM pin at power-up, you should remove it. To use the SIM card with the Kit it is need to temporarily remove the SIM pin code. You can find the setting on your mobile in security, privacy or similar settings. If you don't find the option, search on Google: “remove SIM card pin code + mobile model/brand”.
- Check that you have battery and has been charged while turned off. If you try to charge while it is on it will not charge. Even if the ignition melody sounds, it may fail due to low charge.
- Verify that you have inserted the SIM card correctly and heard a click when entering it.
- Check that the SIM card can make or receive calls.
- Verify that the Nano V6 compatible GSM bands which are: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 are available in your country in: https://www.worldtimezone.com/gsm.html
- Test in the open to rule out a coverage problem. Besides, try another SIM card from another operator. For example, in Spain, the most recommended operators are Movistar or Vodafone and the least recommended is Orange and similar.
⚠️ The Nano V7 inductor collar receives less signal than a cell phone. It is important to try an operator with good coverage.
2 - Doesn't work
Nano earpieces work because of the material they are made of, a piezoelectric material, and not due to any internal electronics in the earpieces. For this reason it is impossible for nano earpieces not to work and The problem will be the induction collar. Follow the steps and tests indicated in the next section (3 – I can't hear anything or very low).

- El inductor collar has no charge or has low charge.

- El inducer collar volume is low.

4 - I only hear out of one ear / earpiece
In nano earpieces this failure is impossible. If one device works, the other works too. This is because the earpieces work because of the material they are made of, a piezoelectric material, and not due to any internal electronics in the earpieces. The material reacts to the inductive waves of the induction collar by vibrating and making sound.
Most likely, the earpiece has not been correctly inserted into the ear, we are confusing the extractor magnet with the earpieces or two earpieces together or that let's hear more through one ear (We normally hear more through the left ear).
If the volume obtained by the earpiece in one ear is sufficient, it is recommended to use it with a single earpiece and save the other.
5 - A very loud sound sounds, like a bee
If the sound is very loud, and You can hear it even when it's not in your ear, follow the steps below:
If the sound is very loud and can be heard even with the earphone out of the ear, unscrew the cap and Check that the battery is oriented with the positive + pole facing up and that the cap is screwed on correctly and aligned. If the problem persists, remove the cover again and Gently pull the spring inside the earphone with your fingernail or tweezers. Thus, will be deformed and contact will be made correctly. Can be necesario perform this adjustment occasionally or on first use.
6 - The button does not work or does not work as it should

Most likely, has stayed on and the battery has been depleted. Perform a full charge while powered off.
If you have already verified that you have a charge follow the steps indicated in the section 3 – I don't hear anything or very low of frequent problems.

10 - Low Autonomy
🔋❗ The volume to the maximum in the induction collar drastically reduces autonomy. You must adjust the costumes (typically 50-70%) on the choke collar (you can decrease the volume by pressing the button – volume and increase it by pressing the + button).
