Frequent Problems

Why does the battery run out so quickly?

This is usually due to excessive power consumption from constant recordings or a poor location. We recommend checking the following:

  • Frequency of notifications: Check in the app if the camera is recording too many events per day. If there are false alarms, reduce the frequency. PIR sensor sensitivity.

  • Signal quality: Poor 4G coverage forces the camera to use more power to stay connected. Consider changing your SIM card's location or carrier if the signal is weak.

  • Solar efficiency: Make sure the panel is clean and receives direct sunlight without shadows from trees or roofs. If the battery has dropped below a critical level, perform a manual charging via cable to retrieve it.

The motion sensor (PIR) activates by itself, how do I calibrate it?

The sensor detects changes in heat and movement. To prevent false activations:

  • Do not point the camera towards vegetation that moves in the wind.

  • Avoid direct heat sources such as air conditioning vents or motors.

  • Adjust the sensitivity level from the app's settings menu.

Why aren't my files saving to the microSD card?

For proper storage of safety clips, check these points:

  • Insertion: Confirm that the card has "clicked" upon entry.

  • Format: The card must be in the format FAT32 or exFATIf it is not recognized, format it first on a computer.

  • Quality: Use memory from a reliable brand, up to 128 GB and necessarily of Class 10 or higherOlder or slower cards often cause write errors.

to unlock the processor.

Why doesn't the camera detect the SIM card?

If the red light is flashing continuously and it does not connect, the camera is trying unsuccessfully to find a 4G signal.

  • SIM and PIN: It is essential that the SIM card I don't have a PIN code (You can remove it using a mobile phone).

  • Coverage: Check that there is good 4G signal in that area with your phone.

  • Antennas: Make sure both antennas are screwed in tightly. If it's still flashing red after that, try restarting the device or moving it to a different location.
